A former teacher’s aide in Fond du Lac has been sentenced in her child sexual assault case.
Stephanie Marie Jensen was in court three days before her 42nd birthday, where she was ordered to spend six years in prison followed by 10 years on extended supervision, with 18 months of jail time being served concurrently.
Jensen was previously found guilty due to no-contest pleas on charges of Child Enticement – Exposing Genitals and two counts of Sexual Intercourse with a Child 16 or Older.
Ten additional charges, including Possession of Child Pornography and 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, were dismissed but read into the record.
The investigation into Jansen began in November of last year when the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
At the time of her arrest, Jensen worked as a teacher’s aide at Faith Lutheran School in the City of Fond du Lac.
