Charges have been formally filed against a teacher’s aide from Fond du Lac in a child sexual assault case.
Court records show that 41-year-old Stephanie M. Jensen is set to make her initial appearance in court today (November 11th) as she faces 13 separate charges.
Jensen has been charged with one count each of Possession of Child Pornography and Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, three counts of Sexual Intercourse with a Child 16 or Older, four counts of Child Enticement, and four counts of Exposing Genitals to a Child.
The 41-year-old was arrested last week after a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children sparked an investigation that named her as the suspect.
Throughout the investigation, the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office developed probable cause in the case to bring her into custody.
At the time of her arrest, Jensen worked as a teacher’s aide at Faith Lutheran School in the City of Fond du Lac.
WBAY reports that Jensen is accused of having sex with a teenage boy on numerous occasions, the first happening in September of last year.
