The Reedsville man who was arrested last week after waving a gun at a child is due in court.
32-year-old Jordan M. Gursky will make his initial appearance in Manitowoc County court today (October 19th) as he faces charges of Second-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, two counts of Battery, and four counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
On October 10th, Manitowoc Police responded to the 1200 block of South 7th Street on a weapons complaint.
The Manitowoc County Joint Dispatch was told that a male subject, later identified as Gursky, was intoxicated and waving a handgun at one of the victim’s sons.
At that same location, the 32-year-old is accused of hitting one of the victims in the face repeatedly before fleeing the scene once he learned police were on their way.
After a brief search, Gursky was located and taken into custody.
As of this morning, Gursky remains in custody on an unfurnished $10,000 cash bail.
