A Kaukauna middle school teacher has entered his plea in an inappropriate online activity.
43-year-old Ty Maki maintained his innocence, pleading not guilty to a charge of Attempting to Expose a Child to Harmful Descriptions.
FOX11 reports that Maki had allegedly begun a conversation with an individual on a messaging app, believing they were a 15-year-old girl.
However, he was actually messaging an undercover police officer out of Wausau.
The lengthy conversation included messages that were sexual in nature.
There is no evidence that Maki had any physical contact with anyone underage.
He is due back in court for a pre-trial conference on October 7th.
