The woman accused of stealing thousands of dollars from a Sheboygan County 4-H group is set to enter a plea in her case.
51-year-old Stacy Limberg of Plymouth will return to Sheboygan County court on October 19th for a plea and sentencing hearing in front of Judge Natasha Torry as she faces one felony count of Theft in a Business Setting Between $10,000 and $100,000.
Last time Limberg was in court earlier this month, her legal counsel and the state discussed a potential plea deal in the case, which it seems the 51-year-old is prepared to accept.
This comes after Limberg originally pled not guilty to the lone charge she faces back in April.
She has been accused of stealing just under $30,000 from the Sheboygan County Junior 4-H Dairy Project while serving as the group’s treasurer.
This came in the form of writing fraudulent checks to herself, her family members, and other non-4-H-affiliated groups, which she then cashed for personal use.
