The second of two men charged with kidnapping a girl in Two Rivers last year is expected to enter his plea today.
Court records show that 34-year-old Pedro Giron Perez will have a plea and sentencing hearing in Branch 2.
He is charged with abduction of a child after Two Rivers Police were called to a home after the girl was reported missing.
Investigators found video surveillance showing a vehicle with California license plates that stopped near the residence where the victim was staying.
A day later, Wyoming Highway Patrol officers found the girl along with Giron Perez and 23-year-old Alexcer Solis Gomez.
Solis Gomez was sentenced to four years in prison in the case.
