The two men charged with kidnapping a girl in Two Rivers could be pleading in their case.
Records on CCAP show that 33-year-old Pedro Giron Perez and 23-year-old Alexcer Solis Gomez have separate plea dates.
Solis Gomez’s scheduled plea date is set for June 12th, while Giron Perez is scheduled to plead on July 1st.
Two Rivers Police were called to a home last year after the girl was reported missing.
Investigators found video surveillance showing a vehicle with California license plates that stopped near the residence where the victim was staying.
A day later, Wyoming Highway Patrol officers found the girl along with Giron Perez and Solis Gomez.
The 23-year-old claimed that they were bringing the girl to California to stay with her boyfriend.
They’ve been brought back to Manitowoc County, and both face a charge of abduction.
It’s also been reported that both men could be on ICE holds.
