Court proceedings have been delayed for a Plymouth woman accused of stealing thousands of dollars from a Sheboygan County 4-H group.
Court records show that 51-year-old Stacy Limberg’s status conference set for Monday (July 13th) has been pushed back by nearly a month.
However, no reason for the delay was provided. This comes as Limber faces one felony count of Theft in a Business Setting Between $10,000 and $100,000.
The 51-year-old has been accused of stealing just under $30,000 from the Sheboygan County Junior 4-H Dairy Project, an organization she previously served as the treasurer for.
A criminal complaint details that Limberg wrote and cashed eight fraudulent checks addressed to family members and other non-4-H-affiliated groups and that the money was used for personal needs, including farm costs, machinery repairs, and medical bills.
Following the delay, Limber will return to court in Sheboygan County for her rescheduled status conference on August 5th at 10:30 a.m. in Branch 2.
