One of the men involved in the death of Brandon Ramirez in Green Bay last year has been sentenced.
20-year-old Darian Pinchart was previously found guilty due to no contest pleas on charges of Felony Murder and being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm for the August 2024 killing.
He was back in court yesterday, where Judge Samantha Wagner ordered him to spend 15 years in prison followed by 10 years on extended supervision.
FOX11 reports that he apologized to the family prior to his sentencing, adding that he now realizes he has lived a selfish life.
Four other people were also charged in this case, with Elijah White slated to enter his plea on Friday.
Dion Richardson will go on trial in July, followed by Nigel White in August, while Rosemary Williams is due for a status conference in August.
Ramirez’s death was said to have stemmed from a marijuana deal gone bad.
