A trial date has been set for a Green Bay man allegedly involved in a drug-related homicide.
FOX11 reports that 19-year-old Elijah White will be in court on May 18th for a jury trial as he faces charges of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide and Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery.
White is one of five people charged in connection with the death of Brandon Ramirez in 2024. The five suspects reportedly met with Ramirez to purchase half a pound of marijuana.
At some point, the deal went south, and Ramirez was shot in the head. What exactly happened is unclear, as there were multiple versions told to the police.
Also charged in the case were Darian Pinchart, Dion Richardson, and Nigel White, all of whom have been charged with 1st Degree Intentional Homicide as Party to the Crime and Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery, as well as Rosemary Williams, who was charged with Felony Murder and Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery.
