A bench warrant has been issued for a woman charged with firing a gun in the air in Manitowoc last year.
Court records show that 42-year-old Amy Duerwaechter had been scheduled to have a competency hearing last Wednesday (June 3rd).
But the 42-year-old has now missed her last three mandatory appearances, which is why Judge Jerilyn Dietz issued the warrant.
Duerwaechter is charged with 1st-degree recklessly endangering safety, two counts of intentionally pointing a firearm at a person, and disorderly conduct.
Manitowoc Police were called to the 1600 block of Galax Drive in April last year for a weapons complaint.
Video surveillance would show that Duerwaechter chased the person out of her home and pointed the weapon at the victim.
A criminal complaint says a gun was also fired in the air during the incident.
