The man whose actions led to shelter in place order has been arrested.
Captain Jeremy Kronforst has confirmed with SeehaferNews.com that 32-year-old Jordan M. Gursky was located at a Southside Manitowoc home, and was taken into custody.
Girly was allegedly waiving a handgun at an unnamed individual in the 1200 block of S. 7th Street but he fled on foot before police arrived.
He is being held at the Manitowoc County Jail on numerous felony and misdemeanor charges.
