A Sheboygan Falls man facing charges related to the repeated sexual assault of his stepchild has entered his plea.
30-year-old Jordan Ten Dolle was back in court this week for an appearance that served as a preliminary hearing, arraignment, and bail hearing as he faces felony counts of Repeated Sexual Assault of the Same Child and Incest with a Child by a Stepparent.
At that hearing, Ten Dolle’s legal counsel moved to have the case dismissed, however, the state objected and had him bound over for trial. The 30-year-old then entered a not guilty plea to both charges he faces.
The hearing then moved into a discussion on the terms and amount of his $750,00 cash bail, with the defense arguing to get it lowered to $50,000 and to include supervised contact with his child, but again, the state objected to any modification of his bail.
Ten Dolle has been accused of sexually assaulting his stepdaughter multiple times over the span of two years, beginning when she was just six years old.
He will now return to court in Sheboygan County on November 3rd for a pre-trial conference.
