A Sheboygan Falls man charged with repeatedly sexually assaulting his stepdaughter is due in court.
30-year-old Jordan Ten Dolle will be inside a Sheboygan County courtroom today (September 30th) for his preliminary hearing as he faces felony counts of Repeated Sexual Assault of the Same Child and Incest with a Child by a Stepparent.
Ten Dolle’s assault on his stepdaughter allegedly began in 2021 when she was just six years old.
Today’s appearance for the 30-year-old will also serve as a bail hearing, as he and his legal counsel will attempt to get the terms of said bail altered or the amount of his $750,000 cash bail lowered.
If convicted of both charges, Ten Dolle could face up to 80 years in prison and be ordered to pay up to $200,000 in fines.
