A man accused of sexually assaulting and threatening to kill a child has returned to court in Manitowoc County.
25-year-old Donald Pineda-Reyes was in front of Judge Mark Rohrer last week to make his initial appearance, as he has been charged with Intimidating a Victim and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Child.
Pineda-Reyes is accused of starting an intimate relationship with a 13-year-old girl and continually sexually assaulting her, however, those accusations are said to have taken place outside of the county.
In Manitowoc County, the 25-year-old is accused of telling the same child, “I will cut your head off and bury it”, providing her with THC, cocaine, methamphetamine, and Percocet, and threatening to burn her house down.
At this time, it is unknown where Pineda-Reyes hails from and where the alleged sexual assaults took place. Pineda-Reyes will now return to court tomorrow (September 15th) for his preliminary hearing.
Until then, he remains in custody at the Manitowoc County Jail on a $20,000 cash bail.
