Visit Manitowoc will be bringing back an evening shopping tradition in 2027.
Last month, it was announced that the city’s Department of Tourism will manage the Winter Market, which takes place at the Venue at Union Square on selected days from November through April, from 8:00 a.m. to noon.
Next summer, Visit Manitowoc will also bring back Night Markets downtown for three nights.
They will feature fresh produce, family-friendly activities, and food trucks. Director of Tourism Courtney Hansen says Visit Manitowoc is excited to bring a renewed energy to all seasonal markets with a focus on “making Manitowoc a fun place to live and visit; we will elevate these markets into a more family-friendly, fun, and engaging event that everyone will want to add to their weekend itinerary.”
Winter market vendor applications are available at visitmanitowoc.com/farmersmarket.
The Winter and Night Markets were previously managed by Grow It Forward while the Manitowoc Farmers Market was under the Community Development Department.
