The man driving the bus that crashed and injured dozens of people in Green Bay has been arrested.
FOX11 reports that 37-year-old Ghebry Figeroa is facing a charge of Operating While Revoked Causing Great Bodily Harm after the crash Sunday evening.
He was said to be behind the wheel of the bus that had gone over an embankment off the northbound I-43 exit onto North Webster Road. 33 of the 54 people on the bus were injured in the crash and were transported to four separate hospitals.
Figueroa reportedly did not have a valid license since 2017, when he was arrested for driving under the influence.
He is set to appear in court today, where the charge will be made official.
