Neenah police have identified the man stabbed to death in the downtown area last weekend.
Rodger Ridgeway would have celebrated his 23rd birthday today (Wednesday). Police were called about a person who was “passed out on the grass” shortly before midnight Saturday. Ridgeway died before he could be taken to a hospital.
Investigators say his death is a homicide investigation, but they haven’t identified a suspect.
