Manitowoc Lincoln rebounded from its’ 1st ‘conference’ loss of the season to Ashwaubenon earlier this week with a 7-nothing victory Friday over Sheboygan South at the Sports Core in Kohler.
The Ships had little difficulty sweeping the Redwings in the dual meet with #3 singles player Delaney Brockman and the 2-doubles tandem of Mckenna Pleus (ployce) and Hannah Dvorak not losing a game in their straight set victories. Coach Stephanie Henschelsaid Lincoln improved its’ season record to 10-and-2. Highlighting the alternate fall conference slate was an undefeated season by Olivia Minikel at #1 singles, as well as the top doubles team of Elsie Steimle and Kendra Peterson.
The Ships begin subsectional action on Tuesday in Kohler.
