The teenager facing charges in the 2019 death of Ethan Hauschultz will be in Manitowoc County Court today.
Damian Hauschultz is scheduled to be in the Branch Two courtroom before Judge Jerilyn Dietz at 11:00 AM for a scheduling conference.
Damian is facing charges of 1st Degree Reckless Homicide, and three counts each of Child Abuse Intentionally Causing Harm, and Substantial Battery Intentionally Causing Harm as he is accused of carrying out a punishment on the 7-year-old boy which resulted in his death.
Damian’s father Timothy is due in court for his own scheduling conference on April 19th, also before Judge Dietz.
