Green Bay Police and Green Bay Metro Fire Department are asking citizens to avoid the area of the Ray Nitschke Bridge in downtown Green Bay (Main St./Dousman St.) as they are responding to a person in the water.
Traffic can take the Walnut St. or Mason St. Bridges as an alternative.
