Street sweeping time is approaching in Manitowoc and there will be a parking ban to make room for the operations.
The city says warning tickets are already being issued.
The ban will begin on April first, and you can avoid a ticket by checking the city’s website at www.Manitowoc.org, where regulations are listed, along with a street-sweeping district map.
The sweeping is necessary to reduce the amount of trash going into local waterways.
