DOB: 12-23-1977; 7) Spend thirty (30) days in the Manitowoc County Jail, under the Huber Law, imposed and stayed to be imposed at the agents discretion and by further order of the court; 8) Provide DNA sample; 9) Pay court costs; 10) Pay supervision fees in an amount to be determined by DOC. The defendant confirms his address and will be sent paperwork. The defendant is instructed to contact Probation and Parole immediately.
