A 33-year-old Portage man has been arrested on suspicion of first-degree reckless homicide and drug charges during the investigation of a Friday (March 12th) death at a motel.
Portage police officers found an unresponsive man in a stairwell at the Ridge Motor Inn.
Life-saving measures were unsuccessful and the victim died before he could be taken to a hospital.
Investigators haven’t said how he died.
Police say two other people at the hotel were arrested on unrelated charges.
No names have been released.
