A 35-year-old Outagamie County woman was arrested over the weekend for her 4th OWI.
A State Trooper pulled over Nikki M. Beaber just after 7:00 Sunday morning (March 7th) in the area of Highway 41 and the North Park and Ride after she was seen not wearing a seatbelt.
A field sobriety test was administered, and she was determined to be under the influence.
The results of a blood draw are still pending, but as of now, Beaber has been charged with her 4th OWI offense.
