Milwaukee County prosecutors have charged a 35-year-old driver with knowingly operating a motor vehicle while her license was suspended.
Esperanza Anderson was at the wheel when she was involved in a fatal accident with a motorcyclist last July. Charges against Anderson were filed Tuesday and she is scheduled to return to court on March 26th.
Milwaukee police officers were dispatched to an intersection on the city’s south side on July 1st for an accident involving a car and a motorcycle.
The woman riding the motorcycle died before she could be transported to a hospital.
