There are a pair of meetings scheduled for this evening in the City of Manitowoc.
The Citizens Advisory Committee is up first at 4:00 PM, as they will gather in the Council Chambers in City Hall.
The only major item on their agenda is a discussion regarding the final planning for a candidate forum.
Then at 5:30 PM, the Finance Committee will take over the Council Chambers, where they will view a presentation regarding the refunding bond summary.
Other items on the agenda include looking over a request to approve the structural assessment of the River Lofts river walk, a resolution to backfill two Rahr-West Art Museum Security Guard positions and to look over incentives and development agreement for the Dramm Corporation project in the I-TEC Park, which will also be discussed in a closed session.
