When authorities searched the residence of a 31-year-old Three Lakes man they didn’t find the child porn they were looking for – but Evan Sheedy has still be charged.
While a search warrant was being executed Tuesday officers found a video of a patient at Ascension-St. Mary’s Hospital in Rhinelander.
Sheedy was taken into custody for capturing a representation of nudity without the consent of the person.
Sheedy’s an employee at the hospital and made a Wednesday Oneida County Circuit Court appearance.
The hospital says he has been suspended.
