Senior guard Trevor Anderson supplies the Wisconsin basketball teams with high energy during his average 15 minutes of play each game.
The team has been missing that while Anderson is sidelined with what is being called an “upper-body” injury.
Badgers head coach Greg Gard says it doesn’t look like it will be a long time before Anderson returns.
He serves as a rotational guard, giving D’Mitrik Trice and Brad Davison breathers. Anderson is averaging 3.5 points-a-game and has hit an outstanding 63-percent of his 3-point shots.
The Badgers have fallen from 21st to 23rd in this week’s A-P College Poll. They host Illinois Saturday in the next game.
