The University of Wisconsin men’s hockey team is ranked in the top-five by the latest U-S-C-H-O poll for the first time in more than three years.
The Badgers moved up two spots after splitting a series against Michigan last week. Both the Badgers and the Wolverines were in the top-10 coming into that series.
The last time Wisconsin’s men were in the top-five of the poll was October 23rd, 2017. In fact, it’s been nearly seven years since they were ranked that high during the second half of a season.
No change for the U-W women – they’re still ranked number-one after a weekend sweep in a pair of shutouts against Bemidji State.
