Wisconsin’s senators were split on Saturday’s vote over whether or not former President Trump should be convicted in his impeachment trial.
Democrat Senator Tammy Baldwin voted for conviction and said that senators that voted to acquit the former president were intimidated by him over the events of January 6th.
Republican Senator Ron Johnson was one of those who voted to acquit. Johnson got into an argument on the Senate floor with Mitt Romney, one of only seven G-O-P senators to join the Democrats in voting to convict.
