PC: MTSO
The Manitowoc County Sheriffs Office (MTSO) has issued a traffic alert for I-43.
They have alerted the public that the roadways are ice-covered. MTSO is investigating an accident that took place this morning on I-43, causing a blockage on I-43 South of CTH V. The interstate is currently shut down and traffic is being rerouted to exit 157.
It is unclear when the accident will be cleared.
