Officials report the 69-year-old referee who collapsed during a high school basketball game Monday night has died.
The game was halted after Tracy Krueger passed out late in the second half of a game between Richland Center and Mount Horeb.
CPR was administered and an automated external defibrillator was used, but Krueger died shortly after falling to the floor late in the second half.
The game wasn’t resumed.
The game was being live-streamed by WisSports.net at the time, but the stream was paused and the video has been made private since then.
