The top-ranked Wisconsin volleyball team finally dropped a set in its fourth match of the season, but still held off Illinois 3-1 Saturday.
The visiting Illini took the third set 25-21, but the Badgers roared back 25-12 to claim the match.
Grace Loberg led Wisconsin with 14 kills, seven digs, and an ace. Sidney Hilley contributed a season-high 42 assists.
Wisconsin returns home for a weekend series against Rutgers starting Friday.
