Officials with the Metropolitan Madison School District plan to hold a virtual listening session Wednesday to discuss the discovery of a hidden camera in a coach’s office.
Superintendent Carlton Jenkins says the camera violates district policies.
It was installed before Jenkins was hired, apparently in September 2019.
District officials had approved the camera during an investigation of an employee for a possible workplace violation. The employee hasn’t been identified.
The camera at Madison East High School was discovered on January 20th.
A letter was sent to families of students at the high school last week.
