Charges have been officially filed for the shooting incident in Downtown Appleton last week.
23-year-old Damon T. Thompson of Madison was arrested after he was determined to have pulled the trigger in the January 3rd incident.
A 24-year-old man from Milwaukee and a 39-year-old Menasha man were taken to a hospital after being shot while at the Brau Haus, located in the 500 block of West College Avenue. Both men were released from the hospital after treatment.
Thompson is currently being held in the Outagamie County Jail on charges including First-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and First-Degree Reckless Injury.
