The Manitowoc County Recycling Center has resumed all normal operations following a closure due to a COVID 19 staffing issue. Operations Manager Jon Reisenbuechler says the compost site, electronics recycling, the residential recycling drop-off, and services to commercial and municipal haulers have all resumed operations.
He reminds everyone to not come to the center if you are experiencing any COVID 19 symptoms and only one customer will be allowed in the main office at a time. Customers must also practice COVID-19 protocols that include wearing masks when entering and using hand sanitizer provided at the entrance.
