The Green Bay Packers like what they see with the newest team member.
Head coach Matt LaFleur and defensive coordinator Mike Pettine are planning to give nose tackle Damon “Snacks” Harrison some more playing time when the playoffs start.
The 6′ 3″, 340-pounder blew up a couple of running plays in the game against Chicago. The coaches say they might put him on the defensive line at the same time as starter Kenny Clark in some situations.
Green Bay grabbed Harrison when he was waived by the Seattle Seahawks a week ago.
He only had two practices and a walk-through to learn the schemes, but he still showed the Packers he could help.
