A federal judge in Madison says a lawsuit filed by two Republican lawmakers, voting rights groups and others “rests on a fundamental and obvious misreading of the U-S Constitution.”
U-S District Judge James Boasberg rejected the case brought against Vice President Mike Pence, the Congress and the Electoral College Monday.
Four other states – Arizona, Georgia, Michigan and Pennsylvania – were also targeted.
More than 50 similar lawsuits have failed since President Donald Trump lost to Democratic challenger Joe Biden in November.
