Kenosha County prosecutors are adding a curfew violation to the list of charges against an Illinois teenager accused of shooting three men during a protest last August, killing two of them.
Kyle Rittenhouse already faces charges like first-degree intentional homicide, endangerment, and being a minor in possession of a firearm.
Violating curfew is a civil citation punishable by forfeiture.
Rittenhouse is accused of shooting Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber to death on August 25th.
Prosecutors say he also wounded Gaige Grosskreutz during a protest over the police shooting of Jacob Blake.
