The Senate President-Elect for the State of Wisconsin has called on schools throughout the state to reopen.
In an open letter, 33rd District Senator Chris Kapenga said the time has come to get our children back into school. He cited Dr. Anthony Fauci, who agreed, saying “Let’s try to get the kids back.”
In the letter, Kapenga states, “School districts need encouragement to do what is right for our kids. That’s why I am calling on our schools to make the right decision for kids and return to in-person classes.”
Many parents and students agree and have voiced their opinions online, and through protests.
