The Wisconsin Badgers hit 10-of-18 3-pointers in a 77-63 win over Loyola Tuesday night.
Brad Davison and D’Mitrik Trice scored 17 points each as Wisconsin improved its record to 5-and-1. Micah Potter scored 13 points and Jonathan Davis added a dozen.
The Badgers hit four 3-pointers during a 19-to-two run in the second half that built an 18-point lead.
The game involved some last-minute scheduling after both teams had opponents cancel due to positive tests for COVID-19. Wisconsin had been scheduled to meet Northern Iowa.
The victory was the 13th straight for coach Greg Gard’s team on its home court.
The next game for the Badgers will also be in the Kohl Center, Saturday against the Louisville Cardinals.
