The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled against a Trump campaign lawsuit seeking to disqualify more than 221,000 votes in the November election.
The ruling Monday morning followed oral arguments Saturday and cleared the way for the state’s 10 electors to give their votes to Joe Biden.
Trump was trying to overturn Biden’s 21-thousand vote win in Wisconsin by filing suits in both state and federal courts.
Seven lawsuits were filed over the Badger State results and all failed.
Wisconsin’s 10 electoral college votes were assigned to President-elect Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris shortly after noon.
