Marquette senior guard Selena Lott averaged 22 points and eight-and-a-half rebounds-a-game last week, good enough for her to be named Big East Player of the Week.
She hit 75-percent of her shots in victories over Cincinnati and Belmont, both road games. Lott also had eight assists in those games and took down a career-high 14 rebounds in the win over Belmont.
This is the seventh time in her career Lott has won the honor.
The Golden Eagles will meet St. John’s at the Al McGuire Center Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 p-m.
