What started as an argument over whose high school basketball team was better led to a shooting death and now a charge of first-degree reckless homicide.
Twenty-three-year-old Caesar Fuentes turned himself in for the shooting in an alley in Milwaukee’s Third Ward. During the argument, Fuentes called 24-year-old Andra Nicholson Junior a name and Nicholson hit him. Nicholson was told to leave and he was on the phone, asking his uncle for a ride when he was shot.
When police arrived, they found Nicholson surrounded by family members. He died before he could be taken to a hospital.
