Two Madison parents have been charged in the death of their infant son.
24-year-old Arkeem Ashley faces one count of first-degree reckless homicide, while 20-year-old Estefania Martinez faces one felony count of child neglect. The 7-week-old boy died last May.
Doctors told investigators they found indications of forceful injuries to the child’s head, neck, arms and legs – including some fractures which appeared to be healing from previous injuries.
