
A stolen vehicle case in Milwaukee ended up making its way through Sheboygan County Monday afternoon.
According to Sergeant Trevor Bethke from the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office, a vehicle was stolen in Milwaukee, and the suspect fled north through Sheboygan County. Deputies attempted to stop the suspect, who was traveling at speeds over 110 MPH on I-43.
The pursuit continued into Ozaukee County, where the vehicle crashed at the Belgium exit. Five individuals fled on foot but were apprehended a short time later.
The driver was cited with Fleeing/Eluding, Recklessly Endangering Safety, Operating a Motor Vehicle Without the Owner’s Consent, and a number of traffic violations.
