The newest Green Bay Packer could be used as a kick returner, a wide receiver, or even one of the smallest running backs in the N-F-L.
Tavon Austin was so fast coming out of West Virginia he was picked eighth overall in the 2013 N-F-L Draft. Austin says he still has that 4.3 40-yard dash speed.
He never lived up to the hype, but he’s hoping to revive his pro football career with Packers coach Matt LaFleur and future Hall of Fame quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
LaFleur coached Austin three years ago with the Rams and he says the 5′ 8″ speedster is still “very explosive.”
