The New Holstein Girls Basketball team proved that it’s not how you start; it’s how you finish. They toppled the Roncalli Jets 50-48 after trailing for a majority of the game last night at the Hanger.
Jordan Lawrenz was on hand, and he told SeehaferNews.com that Grace Schisel had a great night for the Huskies as she led all scorers with 20 points, 15 of which came from behind the three-point arc.
Lilly Nelson of Roncalli led the Jets with 19 points, also nailing 5 three-point shots. Roncalli is now 1-2 on the young season.
