The Manitowoc Lutheran Boys basketball team used a big second half to turn around a halftime deficit and the Lancers went on to defeat Two Rivers 72-63 in the season opener on Lancer Circle.
The visiting Raiders held a 40-34 lead at intermission, only to be outscored in the 2nd half 38-to-23.
August Hecker paced the Lancers with 24 points and 6-rebounds, while teammate Sho Fukasawa and Spencer Streich each added 11-points.
Cam Daffner of the Raiders took game-scoring honors with 27-points, including 6-three’s Spencer Salta chipped in 12-points.
